You don’t need more motivation. You need a plan.
You’re not lazy.
You just don’t know what to do, or where to start.
You can’t tell if it’s working.
And nobody checks on you.
StrongCEO fixes all four.
“I don’t know what to do.”

The problem
Sound familiar?
Decision fatigue. You make 200 calls a day. By 6 pm, “what should I train?” is one too many. The fix: every session and meal default is decided for you.
The gut’s growing and the energy’s dropping. Your suits are tighter, your afternoons are flatter, and coffee is doing the heavy lifting. The fix: a 12-week structured strength and nutrition plan.
Starting and stopping. A great fortnight, then a board week, then nothing. The fix: weekly check-ins and accountability that catch you before you fall off.
Travel wrecks the routine. Hotel gym, no gym, airport lounge. The fix: every session comes in Gym, Home Weights and Bodyweight versions.
Nothing gets fixed by another app, another jab or another January. Leave it and 45 turns into 50 with the same gut, less strength and a worse blood-test conversation. You don’t have a motivation problem. You have a structure problem.
The outcome
Where this takes you
Move toward
- ✓Look and perform like a leader in the boardroom and on stage
- ✓Energy that lasts through the 4 pm meeting and still shows up at home
- ✓Strength you can feel: carrying bags, lifting kids, playing a full round of golf
- ✓A routine you can run for years, not a crash fix
Leave behind
- ✕Relying on GLP-1 drugs or the next diet to do the job
- ✕The yearly start-stop cycle and the guilt that comes with it
- ✕Clothes that don’t fit and photos you avoid
- ✕Burning brain power on decisions someone else can make for you
The process
How it works
Choose your setup. Gym, Home Weights or Bodyweight. You can switch whenever travel changes the plan.
Answer a short onboarding form. Your schedule, kit and starting point set up your program and macro band in the Everfit app.
Follow the plan. Four short sessions a week (default Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri), macro targets and simple “decide once” meal defaults.
Check in weekly, and check your progress every 28 days. You do a quick check-in every week and full checkpoints on Days 28, 56 and 84. Then you choose Rephase (go again) or Maintain.
Evidence-based, not trend-based
Evidence base
The science behind it
Most trainers give you workouts. We give you a program built on what the research shows, and we explain the reasoning so you understand your own training.
A little harder each week
What we do: Every session tracks your loads and reps, and adds weight or reps in small steps when you beat the target.
Why: Your body gets stronger when you ask a bit more of it. Sports science experts (ACSM) agree.
Enough hard work. No wasted time.
What we do: 2 to 4 hard sets per exercise. Stop with a few reps left.
Why: Research shows more hard sets build more muscle, up to a point. We give you enough, and no more.
Enough protein
What we do: A daily protein target set from your body weight, with a hand-portion fallback (palm-sized protein serves) for days you can’t weigh or track.
Why: A big review of 49 studies found muscle gains topped out at about 1.6 g per kg. A bit more helps when you’re eating less.
Walk most days
What we do: A weekly walking or step target on top of your four sessions.
Why: The World Health Organization says: move 150 minutes a week, and lift twice a week. Walking is the easy way.
Rest weeks and check-ups
What we do: Easy weeks to rest. Check-ups on Days 28, 56 and 84.
Why: You get stronger while you rest. Tests show if it’s working, so we don’t guess.
Most days beats perfect days
What we do: We aim for 50-80% of the plan done well, and add one new habit every two weeks, tied to your checkpoints.
Why: Research shows one missed day doesn’t undo a habit. Doing it again and again does build it.
On a weight-loss jab? Keep your muscle.
What we do: If you and your GP chose a weight-loss jab, we make lifting and protein the top priority.
Why: On these medicines, some of the weight you lose can be muscle. Lifting and protein help keep it. We don’t give medical advice.
Education included
You don’t just follow the plan, you understand it. Each phase opens with a short in-app lesson or explainer video on why it works (getting stronger, protein, rest, habits), so by Week 12 you can run your own training for life.

The accountability system
How we keep you on track
You’re never on your own.
Finish a workout, and we notice.
Go quiet, and we notice that too.
Here’s what it looks like in the app.
Everything you get with StrongCEO
Everything below comes with the program.
One program. $997 for 12 weeks, or $379 a month.
Fit check
Is it for you?
StrongCEO is for you if
- ✓You’re a man aged 40-54 in a senior desk role
- ✓You’re time-poor and tired of deciding what to do
- ✓You can commit to four short sessions a week and a weekly check-in
- ✓You want structure and accountability, not another motivational pep talk
It isn’t for you if
- ✕You want unlimited messaging with a coach
- ✕You’re after a quick crash diet before an event
- ✕You have a medical condition or injury that hasn’t been cleared for exercise. Talk to your GP first.
- ✕You’re an advanced lifter chasing specific numbers (StrongPR is built for that)

Questions
FAQs
How long are sessions?
Short. Most take 30 to 45 minutes. Each one is planned, so you just turn up and press start.
Do I need a gym?
No. Every session has Gym, Home Weights and Bodyweight versions.
I travel constantly. Will it work?
Yes. Switch to the Bodyweight or hotel-gym version for that week, and your check-in keeps you on track.
Is this a diet?
No. You get a macro band, a protein target and simple defaults, not a meal plan to obsess over.
Do I need GLP-1 medicine?
That’s a decision for you and your GP, and we don’t give medical advice. StrongCEO is for men whose main problem is structure.
What happens after 12 weeks?
You choose Rephase (a new 12-week block) or Maintain (a lighter plan to hold what you’ve built).
I’m 50 and haven’t trained in years. Is it too late?
No. The program starts from your baseline and progresses gradually. If you have health concerns, check with your GP first.
